Hydrocarb Energy Corp has announced the start of a high-resolution gravity and magnetics survey over its exploration concession in the Owambo Basin in northern Namibia. The survey will be flown by UK-based Bridgeporth and will cover Blocks 1714A, 1715, 1814A, 1815A. Bridgeporth has recently scaled up its African headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya with the addition of a fully operational Aircraft Operating Division and Maintenance Facility. Bridgeporth can draw on wholly owned Kenyan flagged aircraft for easy deployment, data acquisition, and resupply services anywhere on the African continent. In addition to its aircraft division and maintenance facilities, it has access to a flotilla of construction and trucking partners for rapid base camp and airplane hangar establishment.
